Lisa Nault, Founder of the new and improved Beverly Hills Health and Fitness, has her own personal experience to share. Shown here in 1998, prior to training with her now husband, Peter Nault, as you can see, Peter had his work cut out for him. As a result of following Peter's cross-training program, Lisa lost over 35 pounds, which she has kept off over 9 years, and that included bearing two children, with a weight gain of over 50 pounds during each! In order for Lisa to lose her baby weight gain, Peter designed a simple at-home program which led to her losing 35 pounds in 6 weeks after her first pregnancy, and 30 pounds in six weeks after her second.
Lisa now trains with Liz Q. – our boxing champion. She attributes her success to keeping the weight off permanently to these two individuals. And a lot of stress.
"I've been coming to BHHF for 10 years. Its relaxed, friendly, and fits me well. The gym has everything I need. I can train for two hours, or just pop in for a twenty minute workout. I love it."
"From the beginning, Peter was instrumental in helping me learn the right way to train and reach my goals. He's a great trainer, he makes it fun and has the energy to keep you motivated. Add to that he's just a great guy and and fantastic to be around."

Shilo Howard, a 16-year veteran of Beverly Hills Health and Fitness, recently celebrated his 72nd birthday. Can you believe it? When Shilo joined the gym, he was not in good shape and did not exercise. As he says, "the gym has changed my life." Now, as a religious devotee of our aerobics classes, he is inspired by our instructors, such as Rebecca, to work out and eat right. He also throws a mean birthday party every year – join the gym and maybe you'll make the cut!
