Rates are payable on a monthly / beginning of week / weekly basis
and are due prior to training.

We customize our personal training programs to fit each individuals needs,
based on level of physical fitness results of metabolic testing as
well as personality profile. Customized training programs focus on nutrition, strength training, weight loss and muscle building.
